All original paintings are carefully packaged and shipped from Norwich, UK.
Processing Time: Processing time depends on the painting. Ready-to-ship paintings are dispatched within 1 working day of payment being received. Painted-to-order commissions have an individual lead time confirmed at the time of order.
Estimated Delivery Times
- UK: 1–2 business days
- Europe: 3–5 business days
- USA & Canada: 3–5 business days
- Rest of World: 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Shipping Carriers Original paintings are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Tracking: All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
International Orders: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.
